| 摘 要： | 信用风险是我国金融业面临的主要风险，防范我国的金融风险要建立以人民银行为主的多元金融监管体系，公证在金融监管体系中可以发挥特殊的、不可替代的作用，在金融监管体系中有必要引入公证这一社会中介模式。应当进行金融公证立法，以充分发挥公证在金融监管中的作用。

| Abstract: | Credit risk is one of the main risks facing our country's financial world. To prevent our country's financial risk needs to build a multi-financial supervision system with People'bank as a leading organization.Notarization can have a special and indispensable role in financial supervision system. It is necessary to introduce such a social medium as notarization into financial supervision system. We should have financial notarization legislation and give a full play to notarization in financial supervision. |
