| 摘 要： | 如何通过非正常的手段获取他国财富，加速自身资本积累，是强国对外扩张的动力。从历史经验来看，不同的历史条件下有不同的手段与策略。资本主义原始积累阶段军事占领成为首选，二战后殖民体系的瓦解及经济规则的强化催生了市场占领策略，20世纪90年代以来金融控制成为主流策略，强力推行的金融自由化以及对汇市的操纵，使得近30年来的金融危机频发。把握这一态势并采取相应的应对措施，是中国应对他国竞争必须面对的课题。
