钛合金熔炼与铸造技术新进展

摘    要:铸造技术被认为是锻造和机加工技术的替代者,它可以直接获得近净型或净型构件,并可降低钛合金的生产成本,从而促进钛工业的发展.钛合金的熔炼技术主要包括真空自耗电弧炉熔炼(VAIL)、电子束冷床炉熔炼(EBM)、等离子束冷床炉熔炼(PAM)、水冷坩埚感应熔炼法(CCIM)、电渣重熔(ESR)等方法.此外,简述了钛合金铸造所用型壳材料的概况.

Abstract:The casting technology is considered as replacement of the forging and machining technology because it can get the component of near shape or pure shape.It reduces the cost of titanium alloy production and then promotes the development of titanium industry.The melting and casting technology of titanium alloys includes VAR,EBM,PAM,CCIM and ESR.In this article the shell materials using in casting titanium alloys are also reviewed.
