刘基的“大一统”思想与“聚人之道”

刘基的“大一统”思想，主张强有力的中央集权是维系统一和安定天下的保障；提出天下发展的方向是“大同”，向往各民族兼容并包、和谐共处；揭橥“大一统”的根本在于保民安民。在元末乱世，刘基深入思考长治久安的治理方略，热切追求国家的统一和社会的安定，扶翊明朝实现了“大一统”的格局，并提出了“德者主也，政者佐也，财者使也”的一套凝聚、安定百姓的“聚人之道”。
