| 摘 要： | 供应链融资是金融企业通过对供应链上节点企业的物流、信息流和资金流的有效控制或对相关企业的责任捆绑而提供的综合融资服务。作为一种新型融资模式，需要构建管理框架以促进实践发展。供应链融资管理框架应以核心企业为中心，体现供应链融资的特点和不同参与主体的管理重点。

| Abstract: | Supply chain finance is a kind of comprehensive financing service provided by financial enterprises to the key corporations in the supply chain through an effective control over the logistics, information flow and cash flow or with a combination of responsibilities of relative corporations. Based on the existing research results, with the help of working practices, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of supply chain finance. Moreover, it makes a study on the operating mechanism and management framework of supply chain finance. |
