略论中国特色大国外交的思想内涵和践行路径

新中国成立以来，中国大国外交之路经历了“站起来”“富起来”和“强起来”3个阶段，日益形成具有中国特色的大国外交风格。其中，中华民族传统文化、党的领导、以人为本、为民服务分别是促成中国特色大国外交的“源”“基”和“本”。未来中国特色大国外交以“打造人类命运共同体”为建构路径和实践方向，必然能够在对外关系和国际事务中呈现新气象、体现新担当、展现新作为、赢取新成就，进而更好地彰显自身外交特色和大国外交作用。

The Philosophy and Approach of Major-country Diplomacy with Distinctive Chinese FeaturesDING Gong

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, China’s diplomacy as a major country has gone through three stages of “standing up”, “growing rich”, “getting stronger”, and has forged its own diplomacy style as a major-country with Chinese features. The traditional Culture of the Chinese nation, the leadership of the Communist Party of China, serving the people are the basis and foundation of China’s major-country diplomacy. In the future, major-country diplomacy with Chinese features has entered the new era of promoting the community of shared future for mankind. This policy is sure to produce new atmosphere, responsibility and performance in foreign relations and international affairs. It can also produce new achievements, demonstrate the diplomatic role of a major country and the profound fusion of major-country diplomacy and Chinese characteristics at a higher and deeper level
