| 摘 要： | 2011年以来，伴随着温州民间借贷事件的曝光，人们难免不对我国P2P网络借贷平台的潜在风险表示担忧。为此，文章深入分析了国外P2P的产生、发展现状、主要模式和特点，并在此基础上对我国P2P发展的主要模式和新探索进行比较分析，揭示发展中存在的主要问题，最后有针对性地提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | Since 2011, with the crisis of private lending in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, the potential risk of the person to person (P2P) online lending platform has inevitably aroused deep worries in China. This paper analyzes the generation, development status, main models and features of P2P abroad. On that basis, it makes a comparative analysis of main models and new development of P2P in China and discloses its existing problems. Finally, it gives some policy recommendations accordingly. |
