| Abstract: | On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the filing work in universities,the existing problems have been discussed in this paper.Then the main measures have been put forward in the development of the university filing work.First,university officials should attach great importance to the work.Second,constant innovations should be made in the work.Third,the comprehensive quality of the filing personnel should be improved,and finally,the modernization of the work should be quickened. |
