Yangtze River Delta Regional Economic Integrationand the Development of the ICT Industry

This article analyzes the interactive relations of the development of information communication technology (ICT) and the development of regional economy from the regional economic developmental strategy, the regional industrial policy, the demand and the supply as well as information communication based on the review of related literature, and discusses the opportunities that Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration take to the ICT industry from various aspects such as the production elements market and the product market, the industrial structure and the industrial layout, the infrastructure and the environmental protection, the urban system and the urban setting, the economic movement and the management mechanism as well as the system skeleton and policy measures.
