| Abstract: | In English language there is a complex kind of collocation the word “than” and other structures, which usually gives us semantic understanding in reading and translation. Through the methods of arrangement, induction, analysis and comparison, I have approached the structure formed by the word“than” and its phrases to help readers overcome obstacles of language understanding. |
