| 摘 要： | 本文结合调查问卷，运用半结构式深度个案访谈方法，对我国新一代乡-城流动人口的生育意愿、生育需求及其影响因素做出深入探析。研究结果表明我国流动人口的生育观念发生了根本性的转变，传统的生育观已经被现代生育观所取代。同时，研究发现新一代乡-城流动人口从生育观念到现实的生育决策，再到实际的生育行为，受到了各种条件的制约。因此，必须增强政府面向流动人口的城市计划生育服务与管理，完善制度供给。

| Abstract: | Based on a semi-structured depth interview and a questionnaires survey, this paper make an objective analysis on childbearing willing, childbearing demand of the new generation rural-to-urban migrants and their influencing factors. The results show that childbearing willing of rural-to-urban migrants has been changed greatly,and a new modern childbearing concept has replaced the traditional one.
