| 摘 要： | 文章对股票期权方案的设计原则、方案的制定、期权的来源、期权的授予和行使以及期权的执行和管理几个方面进行了探讨 ,旨在勾画出股票期权方案的基本框架 ,为正在实施或者准备制定和实施股票期权激励计划的企业提供借鉴和参考 ,使股票期权计划更好地发挥其长期激励和约束的作用。

| Abstract: | The papern probes into such issues as design principle of the plan of the promissary right of stock,working-out of the plan,source of the promissary right,its being empowered and carried out as well as its execution and management.The purpose is to give a basic frame of the plan of the promissary right and to provide reference for the companies which are carryiy out or which will make the stimulating plans of the promissany right so as to make the plans function well in long-run stimulation and restriction. |
