主笔—小说家与晚清小说中的“启蒙主义”

In late Qing Dynasty,there were many editors in Chief whose other identities were novelists.Therefore,Some researchers simply consider the two kinds of identities as equal,but this is not true.Because of their complex identities,their works had multi-characteristics.This highlights the general contemporary focus and specific patterns in the fields of commercialized market,social popularization and aesthetic enlightenment.This type of fiction,taking the responsibility of enlightening the public,on the one hand,changes the moral obligation of the traditional creative intellectuals;on the other hand,it will rescue traditional Chinese fictions from a closed world,and initiate a much opener narrative era.
