| Abstract: | The viewpoint of implementing the four guidances including leading, guiding, solution and correcting to bring the political key role of general Party branches into full play is presented, and the opinions about the basic ideas and practice of the four guidances are put forward. Eventually the new approach to carry on the four guidances is actively explored. |
