摘    要:高校人才培养的重点是大学生创新创业能力的培养。通过对建筑环境与能源应用工程(简称建环)专业232名学生的问卷调查,分析建环专业的课程设置、培养模式在大学生创新创业能力培养中的作用及存在的问题,提出了多层次培养学生创新能力的具体措施。通过改革建环专业的课程体系和授课模式、构建创新平台及组织创新活动、指导学生参加各类创新竞赛、升级线上线下活动等,形成了大学生创新能力的多层次培养模式。此培养模式经过多年的实施,取得了阶段性成果,对工科学生创新能力的培养具有参考作用和实践意义。

Abstract:The focus of talent training in the universities is cultivating students'' innovative ability.Through the questionnaire among 232 majors in HVAC and observation of professional curriculum setting and training mode,the existing problems in the cultivating students'' innovation ability are discussed and measures are proposed in this paper.The measures include reforming the professional curriculum system and teaching mode,constructing an innovation platform and organizing innovation activities,participating in innovative competitions,and upgrading online and offline innovation activities.These four measures have formed a multi-level teaching mode for cultivating HVAC majors'' innovative ability fo.The Multi-level cultivation mode has accomplished achievements among students at different stages,which displays theoretical and practical significance in cultivating engineering students'' innovative ability.
