成为青年女性农民:农村女性从事农业的过程与特征

青年女性农民是农村农业发展中活跃的生产力要素,她们如何参与现代农业并重构自身的主体地位,既关系着家庭农业的持续发展,也关系着农村青年女性的切身利益。本文基于河北省冀县黄村的实地研究指出,在农业转型过程中,青年女性农民从事农业的过程展现出不同于以往农业女性化讨论的独特特征,农业生产经营的社会化使青年女性农民在农业生产中的社会空间大大扩展,拥有了在父权制之外获取新资源的可能性。青年女性农民从事农业的过程仍然面临生产性和社会性的困境。在乡村振兴战略的实施过程中,对青年女性农民的农业生产困境予以应对,有助于进一步激发她们的内在活力与能动性。

Becoming Young Female Farmers:the Process and Characteristics of Rural Women Engaged in Family Farming

Along with agricultural transformation and development,women s participation in agriculture is no longer a symbol of backward productivity.Rural young women are the human resource advantage for rural and agricultural development.How rural young women participate in modern agriculture and rebuild their subjectivity not only shapes the sustainability of family production,but also affects their interests in the national development.Based on a case study in Huang Village of Ji County in Hebei Province,this paper argues that the engagement of rural young women in agriculture shows distinctive features from the debates on feminization of agriculture.The socialization of agricultural production and management has greatly expanded the social space for young female farmers to participate in agricultural production,and provided possibility for them to acquire new resources beyond the patriarchal system.However,rural young women still face lots of difficulties to engage in agricultural production.To stimulate the enthusiasm and agency of rural young women in agricultural production,the difficulties they face deserves more attention during the implementation of the Rural Vitalization Strategy.
