| 摘 要： | 人力资本理论认为人力资本投资可以决定一个人的收入水平,因此培育新型农民应从提高农民素质入手。而在人力资本投资的几种主要形式中,职业技能培训对于增加农民经营性收入及外出务工均具有良好作用。因此,加强职业技能培训是使农民尽快摆脱贫困的有效途径。
