| 摘 要： | 在阐明间接融资的含义及高新技术企业成长阶段的特点的基础上,说明间接融资在高新企业成长阶段的必要性和可行性,介绍了西方国家所采用的英美型、日德型两种模式,指出在相当长时期内,金融信贷资金仍将是高新技术企业融资的主要渠道,应以建立较为完善的间接融资风险分担体系为目标指向,健全高新技术企业成长阶段的间接融资渠道。

| Abstract: | The paper first explains the meaning of indirect financing and the characteristics of high-tech enterprises at its growth stage.Also it points out that it is necessary and feasible to widen indirect financing channels.Then two models in developed countries are introduced and a conclusion is drawn that credit financing capital should play an important role for high-tech enterprises at its growth stage.Thereby it is advised that risk-adverse system should be built to widen the indirect financing channels. |
