| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村传统的以家庭保障、土地保障、部分集体保障为主的社会保障体系,已经不适应农村社会发展的需要.和谐社会构建中的农村社会保障制度的对策是:立足中国国情,借鉴外国经验,建立适合中国基本国情的,符合农村区域经济发展水平的,多层次、多标准的社会保障体系,重视做好农民工的社会保障工作.现实的路径选择是:实行制度创新,构建新模式.
