大学文化研究综述

近年来,大学文化和大学文化建设问题引起人们越来越多的关注。大学文化关系到我国大学教育的改革和发展,关系到我国社会主义先进文化的建设,关系到国家的繁荣和富强。然而,对于什么是大学文化,大学文化的构成及在大学建设中的地位,大学文化发挥了哪些功能,怎样建设大学文化等问题还远没有形成比较一致的意见。因此,梳理大学文化的含义、构成和功能三个方面的相关文献及学者的观点,探索在新时期提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性的具体路径对大学文化的理论与实践均有重要意义。

Review of Research on University Culture

In recent years, the university culture and university culture construction problem has attracted more and more attention. This paper focuses on the related literature and scholars＇ views of the university culture＇ s meaning, composition and function, and comb them, then puts forward the specific path to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students in the new period.
