| 摘 要： | "动作分析"是运动解剖学课程中的重点和难点之一,也是从事体育教学和训练的工作者应熟练掌握的一项基本技能。通过对"动作分析"教学的反思,发现教学中出现的问题,进行相应的教学改进,能提高教学效果,更好地完成教学任务。

| Abstract: | ＂ Action analysis＂ is one of the emphases and difficulties in the course of Sports Anatomy, and also a basic skill should be grasped by sports teachers and trainers. By considering the ＂action analysis＂ teaching, prob- lems were found, improvements have been made, and teaching tasks have been achieved better. |
