| 摘 要： | 多元化经营是企业生产规模达到一定程度,谋求更大生存空间的一种必然选择.但是在我国许多企业跨越成长阶段,过早过快地盲目进行多元化发展,结果导致了企业整体经济效益的下滑.针对这种情况,文章以沪市上市公司为样本作多元化经营类型与绩效、多元化经营类型与效益波动的统计分析,总结出我国企业多元化成长的最佳模式,并由此提出建设性意见.

| Abstract: | Diversification is a choice of enterprises that want to occupy more existent space when they grow up to a certain degree .But mang enterprises in our country have overlooked this stage of development, As a result,most of them have failed.In order to get the best mode of diversification,we have selected samples from companies in the Shanghai Security Market to do a statistical analysis with regard to performance and diversification style,cons idering the wave of enterprise profitability.According to this,we make a suggestion to our country's enterprises. |
