| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,各种社会关系都存在成本收益的权衡问题,而法治作为调整各种社会关系的最佳模式,也必然要遵循这一规律.在我国法治建设中,可以通过对立法、司法、行政以及社会等成本的量化分析来寻求如何节约法治成本,提高法治效益,以推进我国法治建设的发展.

| Abstract: | Under the condition of market economy appears the problem of how to balance the cost and benefit in various social relations. The best pattern of adjusting them is by law. Through a quantitative analysis of cost in legislation, judicature, administration and the society, etc., we try to find out a way to save the cost of law development and to raise the efficiency of legal procedures in order to promote the development of our country's legal system. |
