基于绩效的人力资源管理模块的有效整合模型

摘    要:人力资源管理工作是一个系统的工程,各个环节必须紧密联系,有机地整合在一起,形成高效的人力资源管理体系,以提升企业绩效。通过实证分析的方法验证了适合企业高绩效的人力资源管理模块的构成,构建了人力资源管理模块的有效整合模型,并揭示了相关模块之间的影响关系及与组织绩效的作用机理,其基本框架是实行两大匹配,一个平台,作用于两个变量,达到组织绩效最大化。

Abstract:Human resource management is a systematic work,each of the links must be connected and in conformity to the effective system of human resource management so as to improve the performance of a firm.This article empirically analyzes the components of a highly effective human resource management,and reveals the relations among all components.It also studies the process and mechanisms through which human resource management impacts on the performance of a firm.The basic structure is to have two matches and one platform which act on two medium to achieve the greatest performance of a firm.
