我国少数民族人口发展状况分析

二十一世纪第一个十年，中国各民族人口在数量、素质、结构、分布、受教育程度和职业等方面都在项良性的方向转化，为我国全面建设小康社会，实现中华民族的复兴奠定了基础。文章通过对第六次全国人口普查数据资料的统计处理，展示了二十一世纪第一个十年我国少数民族人口变动的基本概貌与变动特点，以服务于民族人口问题研究与民族人口工作的开展。

An Analysis of Developmental Condition forEthnic Minority Population in China

In the first decade of the 21stcentury, Chinese ethnic population has experienced great positive changes in quantity, quality, structure, distribution, education level and career, which have paved the way for the realization of well - off society in China and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Based on the statistical data information out of the sixth national population census, the present paper shows the basic overview and char- acteristics about the variation of ethnic minority population in China in the first decade of the 21stcentury so as to provide appropriate service for research and for the work on ethnic population.
