18至20世纪中期清水江地区分家析产探析——以《清水江文书考释·天柱卷》分关文书为中心的考察

家庭分关文书是研究家庭兴衰沉浮和财产分配制度最重要的第一手材料。本文通过对90份清水江分关文书的深入考察，仔细探析了18至20世纪中期该区域家庭分关的具体原因、分配原则、分配方式，以及分配频率。通过本文可以看出清水江地区分家析产制度，及家庭发展演变的生动历程。

An analysis on the family property division in the areas in Qinshui River from 18th to 20th century:On the basis of the annotation of documents on Qinshui River, VOL.Tianzhu

Dividing up family property and living apart is the most important firsthand material which helps to research the rise and deline of a family and the property distribution system. This thesis is probing into about 90 ducuments of Qingshui River to analyse deeply the concret reasons of family division in this area from 18th to 20th century, the principles of distribution, the ways of distribution, and the frequencies of distribution. From this thesis, the author can clearly find out the system of family property division, and the vivid process of families＇de-velopment in the areas of Qingshui River.
