| 摘 要： | 农民工在城市工作、生活 ,却不能和市民在待遇上平等 ,其根源在于现行的户籍制度。在目前尚不能彻底变革现行户籍制度的情况下 ,本文针对农民工待遇的非市民化问题 ,着重说明农民工待遇市民化的意义 ,并提出农民工待遇市民化的政策建议
