| 摘 要： | 马克思人的全面发展理论具有丰富的内涵，为我们制定抗挫折教育的教育目标和培养方案提供了科学的理论依据。基于马克思人的全面发展理论这一视角，从人的需要全面发展、人的能力全面发展、人的社会关系全面发展和人的个性全面发展几方面，来探源抗挫折教育的马克思主义哲学理论基础，以期对提高抗挫折教育工作的有效性，实现教育方法和教育理念的创新发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Marx’ s theory of comprehensive development has a profound meaning,which provides a scientific the-ory basis for us to set educational goal in anti-frustration education and make training program. From the perspec-tive of Marx’ s theory of comprehensive development,this paper will dig out the foundation of Marxism philosophy in anti-frustration education from the comprehensive development of human capacity, human needs, social relations and human personality. Finally,it aims to enhance the effectiveness of anti-frustration education work,a-chieves the innovation and development of the educational methods and educational philosophy. |
