| 摘 要： | 近年来随着市场经济在我国的逐步确立 ,“公共经济论”这个在西方市场经济模式下诞生的理论越来越为我国的财政理论界和实务界所接受 ,取代了长期在我国财政界占主导地位的国家分配论。本文将公共经济论与国家分配论作一个系统的比较与分析 ,从而得出笔者关于在社会主义市场经济体制下公共经济的几点思考。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the market economic system in China,"Public Finance" which is from the model of the market economy in the West is becoming more and more popular in our theoretic area and practical area in place of the theory of Government Distribution which played a main role in our fiscal area during the past years. This paper compares these two theories completely and presents a number of the authors'considerations of how to put into practice the Public Finance theory under the socialist market economic system. |
