| 摘 要： | 研究生德育实行以导师为主体的负责制,能更好地实现教书育人的有机统一,有利于把研究生德育工作落在实处,有利于加强师德建设,有利于增强德育工作的说服力、感召力。为了加强研究生德育工作,需要探索导师育人的多种形式和载体。

| Abstract: | Graduate education carries out the duty system in which tutor plays the major part, which can achieve the organic unity of imparting knowledge and educating people in a better way. It is helpful for the graduate education work to be implemented concretely, for enhancing the building of teacher virtue, which strengthening the convincing and appealing power of education work. Form and carrier of tutor's educating people should be explored to enhancing the moral education work upon the graduate students. |
