| 摘 要： | 随着上市公司的发展,我国经济体制改革中逐渐出现了管理层收购的新形式。但由于管理层收购在我国刚刚起步,在融资方面缺乏相应的法律法规,致使出现较多问题。文章对此作了分析,并提出了相关法律对策。
