| 摘 要： | 重温李斯特对国家在经济发展中的重要作用的分析、对贸易保护主义的肯定等重要思想,不难看出,在经济全球化背景下,我国经济立法必须坚持国家适度干预和国家利益至上的原则.短期内我国对外贸易政策应定位在贸易自由化过程中的合理保护.
