| 摘 要： | 加强政府与农民专业合作社关系的研究，是兼具理论价值和实践意义的重要课题。改善两者的关系，是一项复杂的系统工程，需从法律保障、政策扶持、市场带动、交流沟通、培训教育和组织完善这六大体系的构建中来逐步实现。

| Abstract: | To study on the relationship between the government and farmer cooperative organization is an important subject of practical and theoretical significance. How to improve this relationship is complicated and systematic, needing to establish the six important systems, including legal protection, policy support, market impetus, communication, education and training, and organization and improvement. |
