TLUD气化炉焦油特性试验研究

摘    要:自行设计制作了一个小型顶部点火上吸式固定床(TLUD)气化炉试验台架,选用两种物料(花生壳、稻壳)从焦油特性方面对TLUD气化炉的气化特性进行了研究,试验证明TLUD气化炉在产气稳定性和燃料适应性方面有了很大的提升,同时克服了传统的底部点火方式上吸式固定床气化炉固有的搭桥现象和产气中水分焦油含量高的难点。

Abstract:A small-scale Top-Lit UpDraF(TLUD) fixed-bed gasifier was designed and manufactured.Hot state experiments were carried out to investigate the gasifier performance with two materials(peanut shell and ricehusk) and tar characteristics were studied carefully also.TLUD gasifier had a great upgrade on gas stability andmaterials adaptability,and overcame the difficulties such as tettoie,hig hwater and tar content in the gas which wereinherent in the traditional fixed-bed gasifier.
