运动与甘丙肽对糖尿病影响的研究进展

摘    要:糖尿病发病机制受多种因素影响。糖尿病患者除进行正常的药物治疗外,运动和饮食在其康复过程中也起到重要作用。甘丙肽(galanin,Gal)是一种广泛分布在神经系统的神经肽,具有广泛的神经生物学功能。主要参与下丘脑神经内分泌调节,与摄食行为有关,对学习和记忆有明显的抑制作用。资料表明,甘丙肽与运动、糖尿病关系密切。

Abstract:The pathogenesis of diabetes is caused by multiple factors.Patients with diabetes in addition to normal medical treatment,exercise and diet in their rehabilitation process also play an important role.Galanin,one kind of nerve peptide,widely distributed in the nervous system,has the widespread neurobiology function.It participates in the cerebral ganglion nerve internal secretion adjustment,with relevant to the behavior of taking in food,and it has the obvious inhibitory action with the memory and the study.It indicates that Galanin has close relationship with exercise and diabetes.
