高校电子档案发展的现状与未来

高校的档案记录着高校学生的求学及成长经历,将伴随他们一生的成长。但是,由于高校学生存在一定循环规律的流动性,导致高校的档案数量逐年递增,因此传统的档案模式-纸制档案已经体现出其缺点,越来越不能满足形势发展的需要。因此,电子档案由于采集方便、存储方便等优点逐渐登上了高校档案管理的舞台。本文就高校电子档案管理发展的现状及未来方向予以阐述。

Status and Future Development of Electronic Records Colleges

The records of college students stand for their experiences and development in universities,which will be accompanied by the growth of their whole lives.However,there are some rules for college students,which lead to increase the number of university archivement year by year.The traditional file mode-paper file has been demonstrated its shortcomings,which can already not meet the needs of development of the situation.Therefore,the electronic files gradually ascend the stage in university for managing the records because of its advantages facilitating the collection,storage.In this paper,electronic records management university status and future direction of development will be described.
