中外技术合作目标差异对技术转移的影响

从技术知识本质研究入手,探讨技术转移的知识特性,把技术知识的转移分为操作性技术知识转移、原理性技术知识转移和隐性知识转移三种类别。通过中国和英国合作研究,发现中外企业进行技术合作时的战略目标存在巨大差异,这些差异对成功实施技术转移存在显著影响。本文对中国企业技术引进成功和失败的原因做出了解释,提出了成功进行不同方式技术引进的有效模式。

How Objective Differences Between Chinese and Foreign Technology Cooperation Partners Affect Technology Transfer

Starting with the recognition of technology as a kind of knowledge, this paper first analyzes the knowledge characteristics within technology transfer, and then classfies technology transfer into three types which are transfer of operational knowledge, transfer of theoretic knowledge, and transfer of managerial knowledge. Based on the study by Chinese and British scholars, it is found that there are great differences in strategic objectives between Chinese and foreign technology partners. These differences decisively affect the implementation of technology transfer. This paper hence explains reasons of success or failure in China's technology import and puts forward ways of successful technology acquisition.
