| 摘 要： | 巴拿马基于与美国海事审判法律制度的历史渊源关系,其船舶扣押制度比较完善。通过船舶登记地法、合同准据法或更密切联系规则等识别船舶优先权,并辅之有效率的扣船程序,吸引世界各地的权利人前往巴拿马扣船。这对完善我国的扣船制度有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Mostly transplanted from the Maritime procedure law of the U.S.District Court for the District of Canal Zone,Panama has a relatively perfected law system for ship arrest,such as the real right and maritime lien shall be determined in accordance with the law of the country of the Registry of the ship or that applied to a particular contract or that has more relationships regarding the operation of the ship,and the procedure for arresting ship is effective.Those items above attract persons all over the world to arrest ships in Panama.This would be helpful to us. |
