大学生职业评价与职业选择研究

本文对职业评价和职业选择的定义进行明确界定,二者属于职业价值观的重要组成部分,既有区别,又有联系,职业评价观对职业选择产生影响,职业选择在一定程度上反映职业评价.本文以我国1999年大学扩招以后,大学生就业困难的实际情况为前提、知识经济为背景,通过问卷调查的方式对908名大学生的职业评价和职业选择进行调查,并针对调查发现的问题提出科学的教育对策.

Research on the Career Evaluation and Career Choice of Undergraduate

This article gives the definition of career evaluation and career choice. The two are important ingredients of career value concepts, which not only have difference, but also have relation. Career evaluation will influnce career choice, the career choice will reflect career evaluation in some extent. In order to change the difficulty of undergraduate obtain employment after the enlargement in the year of 1999, this article researchs career evaluation and career choice though surveying 908 youths, and then give somes suggestion.
