Individuation, Diversified Concept of Education and Talent Training Strategy of Colleges and Universities

The 21st century is bound to be an era marked by knowledge economy and information technology in which we are required to upgrade our knowledge system constantly and have a creative spirit for development.It calls for colleges and universities to foster a new educational concept with individuation and diversity.Cultivating individualized talents needs the diversification of education which remains an approach to realize individualized education.At the same time,they are unified,representing the demands of society for higher education.Therefore,we should carry out individualized and diversified strategy of training,and it can contribute to establishment of the major position of higher education and the improvement of overall quality of college students,realizing the integration of educational resources.
