摘    要:21世纪将会是以知识经济和信息技术为标志的时代,新的时代要求我们要有不断更新的知识体系,勇于发展和创新的奋斗精神,这就给作为人才培养基地的高等学校提出了新的教育理念——个性化、多元化的教育理念。要培养个性化人才,就需要实行高等教育的多元化,多元化是实现个性化教育的手段。同时,二者又是统一的,共同体现当代社会对高等教育的发展要求。因此,实施个性化、多元化培养战略,其作用在于:确立了受教育者在高等教育中的主体地位,有助于大学生整体素质的提高,实现教育资源的整合。

Abstract:The 21st century is bound to be an era marked by knowledge economy and information technology in which we are required to upgrade our knowledge system constantly and have a creative spirit for development.It calls for colleges and universities to foster a new educational concept with individuation and diversity.Cultivating individualized talents needs the diversification of education which remains an approach to realize individualized education.At the same time,they are unified,representing the demands of society for higher education.Therefore,we should carry out individualized and diversified strategy of training,and it can contribute to establishment of the major position of higher education and the improvement of overall quality of college students,realizing the integration of educational resources.
