| Abstract: | There are different branches in the school of modern poetry. They can be classified into two big groups: one is emotion oriented and the other is consciousness oriented. The former has Dai Wang shu, He Qi feng, etc., as its representatives; and the latter is led by Bian Zhi lin, Fei Ming, etc. The former emphasizes on exploring emotional appeal, often uses sentimental symbols, and belongs to the text writing of spirit; the latter is keen on showing interest and charm, often uses philosophical symbols, and belongs to the text writing of ideology. |
