影响中日LT贸易实施的政治因素

20世纪60年代,中日双方经过共同努力签订了具有半民间半官方性质的LT贸易协定,打破了两国外交的僵局,为两国早日实现邦交正常化迈出了重要的一步。但LT贸易的签订,引起了台湾当局的不满和反对。为维护日台关系,日本政府对LT贸易的态度发生转变,同时中国"文化大革命"的爆发,使得LT贸易在实施过程中不可避免地受到政治因素的影响。

Political Factors That Affect the Implementation of the Sino-Japanese LT Trade

In the 1960s,China and Japan signed the LT trade agreement which is of semi-private and semi-official nature to break the diplomatic deadlock.It is an important step toward the early normalization of diplomatic relations between two countries.However,Taiwan authorities are strongly opposed to sign the LT trade agreement.In order to maintain the relationship between Japan and Taiwan,the Japanese government changed its attitude toword LT trade agreement.Meanwhile,the breaking out of "Cultural Revolution" in China inevitably affected on the implementation of LT trade agreement during its course.
