| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理是高校管理的重要组成部分,档案信息化建设是高校档案事业可持续发展的必然趋势,档案信息化建设存在着档案干部素质低、管理手段落后、馆藏结构单一的不利因素,对此高校档案部门要克服不利因素,采取果断措施,加快高校档案信息化建设的步伐,为高校的改革与发展提供及时、准确、高效的信息依据,积极推动高校各项事业的顺利开展。

| Abstract: | Archive management in colleges and universities is an integral part of campus management,and the informationalization of personnel archives is a necessary process for the sustainable development of college personnel archives.However,there is many a problem in the work under discussion,such as the poor quality of archive managing cadres,the lagging behind of managing means,and the singularity of archive structure.In accordance,we should take effective measures to speed up the informationalization of college personal archive management,so that we can provide accurate,in-time and efficient information and facilitate the smooth going of other college causes. |
