Some Problems in the Development of Private Enterprises

This paper discusses the problems of external environment and internal management based on relevant policies and management theories in the development of private enterprises. And the writer puts forward some suggestions that the development of private enterprises depend on the policies and laws and support and direction of the government on the one hand,on the improvement of management and more scientific decision making on the part of private enterprises on the other hand.
