| Abstract: | The development of knowledge-services sector is the main starting point of the ring, Tongji knowledge economy ring optimize the industrial structure,improve the innovation system, improve regional competitiveness. Knowledge is rich in resources,well-developed business services, location and convenient transportation,the harmony of living environment has laid a solid foundation for the development of knowledge economy ring ring Tongji knowledge services. In the current era of vigorous development of the knowledge-based economy context,the ring,Tongji knowledge economy ring should firmly grasp the golden opportunity for innovative urban construction in Shanghai,focusing on science and technology services,education services,and creative design industry,vigorously develop the knowledge-based service. |
