高校网络党建工作机制研究

随着现代信息技术的发展与应用,网络与高校师生的日常工作、学习和生活密不可分,高校网络党建工作已成为整个高校党建工作有机的重要组成部分。如何使高校网络党建工作顺利进行并取得实效,建立健全其工作机制是关键。从分析高校网络党建工作机制的内涵入手,阐述了高校网络党建工作机制的功能,并从领导机制、实施机制和保障机制等三个主要方面对高校网络党建工作机制的构建进行了探讨。

On Working Mechanisms of Internet Party Construction in Universities

With the development and the application of modem information technology,intemet has been closely linked with the work,study and daily life of the university teachers and students,and thus the intemet Party construc- tion has become an important part of the entire work of Party construction in universities.The key to carry out internet Party construction smoothly and efficiently is to establish and perfect its working mechanisms.Starting with the analysis of the meaning of the working mechanisms of intemet Party construction in universities,this paper illustrates the func- tion of the working mechanisms,and makes an attempt at the working mechanisms from three aspects,namely,leading mechanisms,running mechanisms,,and ensuring mechanisms.
