| Abstract: | Through a study of Selections from Deng Xiaoping (3rd Volume), the writer sums up and expounds Comrade Deng Xiaoping's important ideas and arguments about strengthening ideological and political work in the new period of China's reform and opening to the outside world. As an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory on building socialism with China's own characteristics, these ideas and arguments contribute to the political superiority of the Party and function as fundamental guidelines for the success in ideological and political work in the new period. |
