| Abstract: | The paper is centered mainly on Part I and Part IV in syllabus For PSC.The present syllabus requirement of drawing up questions in Part I is analysed through misreading phynomenon due to lack of knowledge besides pronunciation errors and defects.The disadvantages of evaluation rules on Part IV are figured out.The present situation is to be improved urgently. |
