摘    要:本文研究了在H2 H2O混合气流下,UF4水解制备UO2粉末过程中的工艺条件,以及影响UO2粉末物性指标和产品含氟量的主要因素,通过试验确定了UF4水解制备UO2粉末的工艺参数.

Abstract:In this paper,a study is made on the conditions of technological processes for producing UO_2 powder by pyrohydrolysis of UF_4,with catalytic hydrogen reduction taking place in H_2-H_2O gas mixture.Key factors affecting the physical performance of powder and the fluorine content in the product are discussed.Optimum parameters of the pyrohydrolysis reaction of UF_4 for preparing UO_2 are determined experimentally.
