| 摘 要： | 解决农村劳动力的过剩问题是关系到国家安定、经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题 ,我国应加强农村剩余劳动力转移的宏观调控 ,建立农村劳动力转移的财政保障体制 ,协调产业政策 ,完善现有的金融税收体制 ,建立在政府宏观调控下有序流动和运行的劳动力市场

| Abstract: | China is a large agricultural country, the rural laborer's surplus question has been a heavy burden of perplexing rural development of our country all the time, the important issues of concerning the country stably, economic development and social stability, it is the precondition that our country realizes agricultural modernization, say to a certain extent, it is the important condition which increases peasant's income too. |
